Meet Brandy
Brandy Stogsdill
RDH
OWNER & CERTIFIED MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPIST
Brandy’s journey into myofunctional therapy began both professionally and personally. As a dental hygienist, she spent years helping patients maintain healthy smiles, but she began to notice something deeper. Many of her patients, and even her own son, were struggling with issues tied to mouth breathing, sleep, and facial development.
What started as a mother’s search for answers turned into a professional calling. Driven by curiosity and compassion, Brandy dove into the world of myofunctional therapy, learning how functional breathing and muscle balance can transform not only oral health but also overall well-being and confidence.
Today, she combines her clinical background with a nurturing, individualized approach to help every client find their best breath, one step at a time. Her work is guided by a whole-person-centered care, understanding, and a deep belief that healing happens when we feel supported and seen.
Meet Alayna
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST & MYOFUNCTIONAL THERAPY PROVIDER
Alayna is a Registered Dental Hygienist, myofunctional therapy provider, and educator at the University of New Mexico, where she teaches future dental hygienists. Her passion for myofunctional therapy grew from years of working directly with patients and seeing firsthand how concerns such as TMJ discomfort, poor sleep quality, and dysfunctional oral habits can impact a person’s overall health and quality of life.
Her interest in expanding the way she could support her patients also developed during her master’s program, where she spent a year conducting research involving individuals with Down syndrome. That experience deepened her passion for working with the special needs community and inspired her to explore additional ways to provide individualized, supportive care. Through that journey, she discovered myofunctional therapy and its potential to address oral function while supporting breathing, sleep, comfort, and overall wellness.
Today, Alayna combines her background in dental hygiene, education, research, and myofunctional therapy to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. She is passionate about helping each patient better understand their oral function, build healthy lifelong habits, and feel empowered throughout their therapy journey.
THIS ISN’T JUST ABOUT EXERCISES, IT’S ABOUT EMPOWERMENT
